All of this information is stored locally on your device using local storage mechanisms. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

The application may collect certain information automatically, but all of this is stored locally only:

• Device information (model, operating system version) - used only for app functionality
• App usage statistics (stored locally only, never transmitted)
• Crash reports and error logs (only if you explicitly opt-in to share them)

Important: We do not track your usage patterns, habits, or any personal data for analytics or advertising purposes.

Habitoday is designed to work offline and does not require third-party services for core functionality. However, the app may use the following services:

• App Store / Google Play: Used only for app distribution and updates. Standard platform analytics may apply as per platform policies.
• Crash Reporting (Optional): If you opt-in to share crash reports, anonymous error information may be sent to help us improve the app. No personal data or habit information is included.

No Cloud Services: Habitoday does not use cloud storage, cloud sync, or any cloud-based services. All data remains on your device.

6. Notifications and Permissions

Habitoday may request the following permissions:

• Notifications (Optional): Required only if you choose to enable habit reminders. Notification permissions are requested only when you explicitly enable notifications in settings. We do not send promotional or marketing notifications.

All permissions are used solely for the functionality described above. We do not access your device features for any other purpose.

You Control Notifications: You can enable or disable notifications at any time through the app settings. When disabled, no notification permissions are required.

7. Children's Privacy

Habitoday is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address the situation.

Since all data is stored locally, any information entered by a child would only exist on the device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app or using the data reset feature.

8. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information:

• You can view, edit, or delete any habit at any time
• You can modify schedules, priorities, and customizations
• You can reset all app data through the settings screen
• You can clear all app data through your device settings
• You can uninstall the application, which will permanently delete all local data
• You have full control over notification preferences

Complete Control: You own your data. We cannot access it, and you can delete it at any time.

9. Data Export and Backup

Currently, Habitoday stores all data locally on your device. Data export features are planned for future updates.

Backup Recommendations:

• Use your device's built-in backup features (iCloud, Google Backup) to preserve app data
• Before uninstalling, ensure you have a device backup if you want to restore data later
• Future updates may include in-app data export functionality

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
